Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner

Why Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner is important ?

Think about when you eat each meal.


Breakfast starts your day off
Eating breakfast to regain your energy in the morning, making your body and mind more active. Skipping breakfast, however, leaves your body in an inactive state until lunch and makes you feel tired and sluggish.

Numerous studies have proven that breakfast eaters are more likely to be productive and attentive in the morning than non-breakfast eaters.


Lunch is right in the middle of the day
Eating in the middle of the day, several hours after breakfast, re-energizes your body and can raise blood sugar levels. If you're feeling sluggish, eating even a small lunch can renew your energy and help you feel refreshed and ready to take on the next several hours.


Dinner is near the end of the day
Dinner is important too. Do not skipped dinner because your digestive system during the night doesn't shut off. It slowly digests any food in your stomach at the night time. So, make sure your digestive system has something to digest while you're sleeping.

Dinner is a chance to spending quality time together with family.

So, do not skipped Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner, if you want to be healthy.
