What is earth hour ?

Earth Hour is a worldwide event that is organized by the World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF) and is held on the last Saturday of March annually, encouraging households and businesses to turn off their non-essential lights for one hour to raise awareness about the need to take action on climate change.

60+ means...

Earth Hour logo was originally only 60 are patterned using numbers to represent Planet Earth 60 minutes of time used during Earth Hour. However, since 2011, it received an additional logo sign + (plus) behind the number 60. The plus sign represents the goal of Earth Hour encourages the public to conduct follow-up action after an hour of turning off the lights over.

Why is always held on a Saturday ?



Earth Hour was held on a Saturday so as not to interfere with the activities of colleagues who are still working until late at night on weekdays (Monday-Friday). Other than for reasons of productivity of the workers, the reasons for any comfort into consideration.

Saturday is a holiday that is generally used also by family members to gather together at home. Earth Hour campaign team hope every member of the family, whoever they are, regardless of age can participate in taking simple steps to save the earth at the same time strengthen their unity. Why Earth Hour was held in late March ?

End of March was chosen as the implementation of Earth Hour since that time, the majority of countries around the world is experiencing a changing of the seasons so that the temperature was quite comfortable for the inhabitants of the earth when cooling or heating is turned off when Earth Hour.

 In addition, in late March, the average of all parts of the world is quite dark at about 20:30 to 21:30 so that the effect of Earth Hour will be felt. Other reason, if done in the mid-year that certain countries still light up at eight o'clock.

Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner

Why Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner is important ?

Think about when you eat each meal.

Breakfast starts your day off

Eating breakfast to regain your energy in the morning, making your body and mind more active. Skipping breakfast, however, leaves your body in an inactive state until lunch and makes you feel tired and sluggish.

Numerous studies have proven that breakfast eaters are more likely to be productive and attentive in the morning than non-breakfast eaters.

Lunch is right in the middle of the day

Eating in the middle of the day, several hours after breakfast, re-energizes your body and can raise blood sugar levels. If you're feeling sluggish, eating even a small lunch can renew your energy and help you feel refreshed and ready to take on the next several hours.

Dinner is near the end of the day

Dinner is important too. Do not skipped dinner because your digestive system during the night doesn't shut off. It slowly digests any food in your stomach at the night time. So, make sure your digestive system has something to digest while you're sleeping.

Dinner is a chance to spending quality time together with family.

i love panda very much, because...

panda is cute

panda has black and white color (my fav.colors ^^)

here are some fun facts about the cute panda :

1. There are only about one thousand giant pandas left in western China.

2. The Chinese call the panda bear "Big Bear Cat."

3. Even at only one year of age, the giant panda is already climbing large trees.

4. Under the giant panda's white fur, their skin is black and under the white fur there is pink skin.

5. A panda climbs a tree by hugging the trunk and gripping on with its claws.

6. Scientific Name: Ailurus fulgens styani

7. The giant panda's teeth are approximately 7 times bigger than human's teeth.

8. Pandas can't go without food for 5-6 hours.

9. Giant Panda mommies are 900 times bigger than their newborn cubs.

10. Giant Pandas sit or lie down when they eat.

Perhaps, most of students would say yes...
but, it has a different reason of course..

yes, WAKE UP LATE !

why people could wake up late in the morning?
the most common reason is

what could happen in the morning ??

i have been observed many students, since i'm a dilligent student and always come early in the morning ^^show off..

the students who are late to attend their classes have different expression..
it's a little bit funny actually, if you observed it by your self..

Usually, classes start at 7 in the morning. what happen in the FBS faculty at 6:30 until 7:30, i'll try to describe it..

6:30 > no students at campus, exept an old lady who cleaned the campus..

6:38 > usually i came to the campus around this time

6:45 > students were coming one by one

6:55 > the campus become crowded because most of student were coming 5 minutes before the classes start

7:00 > CLASSES BEGIN !! the lecturer* entered the class and students also enter the classroom.

*lecturer who is really on time and strict ! some students don't like this kind of lecturer ^^

what happened after the class begin ?

7:05 > some students who are late is running to the class, with a worried expression.. and the other just walk slowly like nothing happen and also no worried expression at all ~.~

7:15 > you better run.. run.. run.. usually, at this time, the lecture is already check the attendant.. some lecturer may permit you to enter the class, but some lecturers may not.

7:30 > there is one student, a girl, who is late for 30 minutes already, do you know what happen to her? she was not allowed to enter the class.. huahhaha... then she was sitting outside the class with gloomy expression.. how poor she is ;(

Home Alone

so, this is how it feels, staying at home-- ALONE !!

it's quiet scary, because i stay at home by myself, without any company at all..
but, it's fun too.. why? because i can do what i want..
like, stay awake till morning, wakes up late, play around the house, do the assignment  in peace without anyone would disturb me..

I hope that I won't meet with stupid thieves who want to rob my house.

Message to thieves out there :

don't dare to come to my house okay?!!

if you do, i will set up some traps for you..

then be prepared to go to jail

huaahahah.. ^^

even if it's fun to be alone at home,
but still..................
i miss my mom..
